Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery costs

Free UK delivery on all orders over £50.
Orders under £50: a flat delivery charge of £4.00, shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive in approximately 4–10 working days. Each item is carefully packaged and dispatched by our fulfilment partners once your order has been processed. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delays and missing parcels

Occasionally deliveries can be delayed by carrier demand or bad weather. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, or it arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll put it right.
